1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NutriTrace mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Alexandre Zanaty ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of NutriTrace.

2. Description of Service

NutriTrace is a nutrition tracking application that provides:

  • Calorie and macronutrient tracking
  • AI-powered meal planning
  • AI recipe generation
  • Meal scanning via camera
  • Water intake tracking
  • Weight progress monitoring
  • Goal setting and progress analytics

The App uses artificial intelligence and nutritional databases to provide estimates. Results are informational only and not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use NutriTrace. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscriptions

NutriTrace Premium — €3.99 / month (auto-renewable)
Provides AI meal plans, up to 100 AI recipe generations per month, up to 50 meal scans per month, and advanced analytics.

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The renewal price is shown in the App before purchase and may change with 30 days' prior notice.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be refunded for unused time.
  • We do not process refunds directly; all billing is managed by Apple through the App Store.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be stated clearly in the App before purchase. Unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

5. Credits

Credits are consumable purchases that may be used for any AI action that produces something you keep in your account — AI recipe generation, meal scanning (including label and barcode scans), and food lookups. They do not apply to AI Tips, since tips aren't saved anywhere. Credit packs are available in the sizes and at the prices displayed in the application at the time of purchase.

When you use an AI feature, allowances are consumed in the following order:

  1. Your monthly free allowance, if any remains
  2. Any additional uses obtained by watching an advertisement
  3. Your purchased credits

Credits do not expire and are synchronised across your devices while your account remains active. Credits are linked to your account and cannot be transferred.

If you delete your account, or if your account is terminated, any unused credits are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered, including by creating a new account with the same email address.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments or refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple, which decides them according to its own policies. Nothing in these terms limits any right of refund or withdrawal you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Plans and Limits

Free Plan

The free plan includes:

  • 3 AI recipe generations per month.
  • 3 meal scans per month.
  • These are separate allowances — using one does not reduce the other.
  • 3 food database lookups per day in the Meal Planner.
  • Unlimited food logging, goal tracking, weight history, and use of the calorie calculator.

Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month. Daily allowances reset each day.

AI Tips (Free Plan)

AI Tips on the free plan requires watching a short rewarded advertisement to unlock each view; there is no ad-free way to view AI Tips on the free plan. Each view or refresh requires its own advertisement, up to 3 views per day. This is different from the optional bonus advertisements described below, which add extra uses on top of an allowance you already have — AI Tips has no allowance without watching an advertisement first.

Advertising in the Free Plan

The free plan is supported by advertising. Banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob are displayed on certain screens. You may also choose to watch an optional advertisement to unlock additional uses:

  • Up to 2 additional AI recipes per month
  • Up to 2 additional meal scans per month
  • Up to 2 additional food lookups per day

Watching these advertisements is entirely optional. Additional uses obtained this way are limited to the specific feature indicated and cannot be transferred to another feature or converted into credits.

Premium Plan

The Premium subscription includes:

  • Up to 100 AI recipe generations per month
  • Up to 50 meal scans per month
  • Unlimited food database lookups
  • AI Tips: up to 10 refreshes per day, no advertisement required
  • Full access to the Meal Planner, including weekly plan generation and regeneration
  • No advertisements

Guest Access

You may use the calorie calculator without creating an account. AI features, goal tracking, and data synchronisation require a free account.

7. User Responsibilities

By using NutriTrace, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when setting up your profile and goals
  • Use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the App
  • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
  • Not share your account credentials with third parties
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the App or its servers
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities.

8. Medical Disclaimer

NutriTrace is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The calorie estimates, nutritional data, and AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a diet or exercise program.
  • Do not use the App as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
  • Calorie and macronutrient values are estimates and may vary from actual values.
  • We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials in NutriTrace are the property of Alexandre Zanaty and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written consent.

AI-generated recipes and meal plans produced in the App are for your personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • NutriTrace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of NutriTrace shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification via the App. Your continued use of NutriTrace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Acceptation des conditions

En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant l'application mobile NutriTrace (l'« Application »), vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions d'Utilisation (les « Conditions »). Si vous n'acceptez pas ces Conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'Application.

Ces Conditions constituent un accord légal entre vous et Alexandre Zanaty (« nous », « notre »), le développeur de NutriTrace.

2. Description du service

NutriTrace est une application de suivi nutritionnel qui propose :

  • Suivi des calories et macronutriments
  • Planification de repas par intelligence artificielle
  • Génération de recettes par IA
  • Analyse de repas par caméra
  • Suivi de la consommation d'eau
  • Suivi de l'évolution du poids
  • Définition d'objectifs et analyses de progression

L'Application utilise l'intelligence artificielle et des bases de données nutritionnelles pour fournir des estimations. Les résultats sont fournis à titre informatif uniquement et ne remplacent pas l'avis d'un professionnel de santé ou d'un diététicien.

3. Éligibilité

Vous devez avoir au moins 13 ans pour utiliser NutriTrace. En utilisant l'Application, vous déclarez avoir 13 ans ou plus. Si vous avez moins de 18 ans, vous devez avoir le consentement d'un parent ou tuteur légal.

4. Abonnements

NutriTrace Premium — 3,99 € / mois (renouvelable automatiquement)
Plans repas IA, jusqu'à 100 générations de recettes IA par mois, jusqu'à 50 analyses de repas par mois, et analyses avancées.

Facturation

  • Le paiement est débité sur votre compte Apple ID lors de la confirmation de l'achat.
  • Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement chaque mois, sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
  • Votre compte sera débité pour le renouvellement dans les 24 heures précédant la fin de la période en cours.
  • Le prix de renouvellement est affiché dans l'Application avant l'achat et peut être modifié moyennant un préavis de 30 jours.

Résiliation

  • Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement à tout moment via les paramètres de votre compte Apple ID (Réglages → [Votre nom] → Abonnements).
  • L'annulation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours — aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour le temps non utilisé.
  • Nous ne traitons pas les remboursements directement ; toute la facturation est gérée par Apple via l'App Store.

Essai gratuit

Si un essai gratuit est proposé, cela sera clairement indiqué dans l'Application avant l'achat. Les portions non utilisées d'une période d'essai gratuit sont perdues lors de l'achat d'un abonnement.

5. Crédits

Les crédits sont des achats consommables pouvant être utilisés pour toute action IA qui produit un résultat conservé dans votre compte — génération de recettes IA, scan de repas (y compris étiquettes et codes-barres) et recherches nutritionnelles. Ils ne s'appliquent pas aux conseils IA, qui ne sont pas enregistrés. Les packs de crédits sont disponibles dans les tailles et aux prix affichés dans l'application au moment de l'achat.

Lorsque vous utilisez une fonctionnalité IA, les ressources sont consommées dans l'ordre suivant :

  1. Votre quota mensuel gratuit, s'il vous en reste
  2. Les utilisations supplémentaires obtenues en regardant une publicité
  3. Vos crédits achetés

Les crédits n'expirent pas et sont synchronisés sur l'ensemble de vos appareils tant que votre compte reste actif. Les crédits sont liés à votre compte et ne peuvent pas être transférés.

Si vous supprimez votre compte, ou si votre compte est résilié, les crédits non utilisés sont définitivement perdus et ne peuvent pas être récupérés, y compris en créant un nouveau compte avec la même adresse e-mail.

Tous les achats sont traités par Apple via l'App Store. Nous ne traitons pas directement les paiements ni les remboursements. Les demandes de remboursement doivent être soumises à Apple, qui les traite selon ses propres politiques. Aucune disposition de ces conditions ne limite les droits de remboursement ou de rétractation dont vous pouvez bénéficier en vertu du droit de la consommation applicable.

6. Plans et limites

Plan gratuit

Le plan gratuit comprend :

  • 3 générations de recettes IA par mois.
  • 3 analyses de repas par mois.
  • Ce sont des quotas distincts — l'utilisation de l'un ne réduit pas l'autre.
  • 3 recherches dans la base de données alimentaires par jour dans le Planificateur de repas.
  • La saisie alimentaire, le suivi des objectifs, l'historique du poids et l'utilisation de la calculatrice calorique sont illimités.

Les quotas mensuels se réinitialisent le premier jour de chaque mois calendaire. Les quotas journaliers se réinitialisent chaque jour.

Conseils IA (plan gratuit)

Les Conseils IA du plan gratuit nécessitent de regarder une courte publicité pour débloquer chaque consultation ; il n'existe aucun moyen de consulter les Conseils IA sans publicité sur le plan gratuit. Chaque consultation ou actualisation nécessite sa propre publicité, jusqu'à 3 consultations par jour. Ceci diffère des publicités bonus facultatives décrites ci-dessous, qui ajoutent des utilisations supplémentaires à un quota déjà accordé — les Conseils IA n'offrent aucun quota sans avoir regardé une publicité au préalable.

Publicités dans le plan gratuit

Le plan gratuit est financé par la publicité. Des bannières publicitaires fournies par Google AdMob sont affichées sur certains écrans. Vous pouvez également choisir de regarder une publicité facultative pour débloquer des utilisations supplémentaires :

  • Jusqu'à 2 recettes IA supplémentaires par mois
  • Jusqu'à 2 analyses de repas supplémentaires par mois
  • Jusqu'à 2 recherches alimentaires supplémentaires par jour

Regarder ces publicités est entièrement facultatif. Les utilisations supplémentaires ainsi obtenues sont limitées à la fonctionnalité indiquée et ne peuvent pas être transférées à une autre fonctionnalité ni converties en crédits.

Plan Premium

L'abonnement Premium comprend :

  • Jusqu'à 100 générations de recettes IA par mois
  • Jusqu'à 50 analyses de repas par mois
  • Recherches dans la base de données alimentaires illimitées
  • Conseils IA : jusqu'à 10 actualisations par jour, sans publicité requise
  • Accès complet au Planificateur de repas, incluant la génération et la régénération hebdomadaire des plans
  • Aucune publicité

Accès en tant qu'invité

Vous pouvez utiliser la calculatrice calorique sans créer de compte. Les fonctionnalités IA, le suivi des objectifs et la synchronisation des données nécessitent un compte gratuit.

7. Responsabilités de l'utilisateur

En utilisant NutriTrace, vous acceptez de :

  • Fournir des informations exactes lors de la configuration de votre profil et de vos objectifs
  • Utiliser l'Application uniquement à des fins légales, personnelles et non commerciales
  • Ne pas tenter de procéder à l'ingénierie inverse, décompiler ou contourner toute partie de l'Application
  • Ne pas utiliser d'outils automatisés, robots ou scripts pour accéder à l'Application
  • Ne pas partager vos identifiants de compte avec des tiers
  • Ne pas tenter d'exploiter, pirater ou perturber l'Application ou ses serveurs
  • Vous conformer à toutes les lois applicables dans votre juridiction

Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou de résilier les comptes qui enfreignent ces responsabilités.

8. Avertissement médical

NutriTrace n'est pas un dispositif médical et ne fournit pas de conseils médicaux. Les estimations caloriques, les données nutritionnelles et les recommandations générées par IA sont fournies à titre informatif uniquement.
  • Consultez toujours un professionnel de santé qualifié avant de commencer un régime ou un programme d'exercice.
  • N'utilisez pas l'Application en remplacement d'un avis médical, nutritionnel ou de remise en forme professionnel.
  • Les valeurs caloriques et les macronutriments sont des estimations et peuvent différer des valeurs réelles.
  • Nous ne sommes pas responsables des résultats de santé découlant de l'utilisation de l'Application.

9. Propriété intellectuelle

Tout le contenu, design, code et matériaux de NutriTrace sont la propriété d'Alexandre Zanaty et sont protégés par le droit d'auteur, les marques déposées et d'autres lois sur la propriété intellectuelle.

Vous bénéficiez d'une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable pour utiliser l'Application à des fins personnelles et non commerciales. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, distribuer ou créer des œuvres dérivées de toute partie de l'Application sans consentement écrit préalable.

Les recettes et plans de repas générés par l'IA dans l'Application sont destinés à votre usage personnel uniquement.

10. Limitation de responsabilité

Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi applicable :

  • NutriTrace est fourni « tel quel » sans garanties d'aucune sorte, expresses ou implicites.
  • Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application sera ininterrompue, sans erreur ou sans virus.
  • Nous ne serons pas responsables des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs découlant de votre utilisation de l'Application.
  • Notre responsabilité totale envers vous pour toute réclamation ne dépassera pas le montant que vous avez payé pour l'Application au cours des 12 mois précédant la réclamation.

11. Droit applicable

Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit français, sans égard à ses principes de conflit de lois. Tout litige découlant de ces Conditions ou de votre utilisation de NutriTrace sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux français.

Si vous êtes un consommateur dans l'Union européenne, vous pouvez également bénéficier des dispositions impératives de protection des consommateurs de la loi de votre pays de résidence.

12. Modifications des conditions

Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions de temps à autre. Nous vous informerons des modifications importantes en mettant à jour la date de « Dernière mise à jour » et, le cas échéant, en envoyant une notification via l'Application. Votre utilisation continue de NutriTrace après l'entrée en vigueur des modifications constitue votre acceptation des Conditions révisées.

1. قبول الشروط

بتنزيل أو تثبيت أو استخدام تطبيق NutriTrace للهاتف المحمول ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام هذه ("الشروط"). إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

تُشكّل هذه الشروط اتفاقية قانونية بينك وبين Alexandre Zanaty ("نحن" أو "لنا")، مطوّر NutriTrace.

2. وصف الخدمة

NutriTrace هو تطبيق لتتبع التغذية يوفر:

  • تتبع السعرات الحرارية والمغذيات الكبرى
  • تخطيط الوجبات بالذكاء الاصطناعي
  • توليد الوصفات بالذكاء الاصطناعي
  • مسح الوجبات عبر الكاميرا
  • تتبع استهلاك الماء
  • رصد تقدم الوزن
  • تحديد الأهداف وتحليل التقدم

يستخدم التطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وقواعد البيانات الغذائية لتقديم تقديرات. النتائج للأغراض المعلوماتية فقط وليست بديلاً عن المشورة الطبية أو الغذائية المتخصصة.

3. الأهلية

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام NutriTrace. باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك في سن 13 أو أكبر. إذا كنت دون سن 18، يجب أن تحصل على موافقة أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني.

4. الاشتراكات

NutriTrace Premium — 3.99 يورو / شهر (يتجدد تلقائيًا)
يوفر خطط وجبات بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وحتى 100 توليد وصفة بالذكاء الاصطناعي شهرياً، وحتى 50 عملية تحليل وجبة شهرياً، وتحليلات متقدمة.

الفوترة

  • يُخصم الدفع من حساب Apple ID الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
  • تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا كل شهر ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
  • سيُفوتر حسابك للتجديد خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.
  • يظهر سعر التجديد في التطبيق قبل الشراء وقد يتغير مع إشعار مسبق لمدة 30 يومًا.

الإلغاء

  • يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات حساب Apple ID (الإعدادات ← [اسمك] ← الاشتراكات).
  • يسري الإلغاء في نهاية فترة الفوترة الحالية — لن يتم رد المبالغ المدفوعة عن الوقت غير المستخدم.
  • لا نعالج المبالغ المستردة مباشرةً؛ تُدار جميع عمليات الفوترة عبر Apple من خلال متجر التطبيقات.

التجربة المجانية

إذا عُرضت تجربة مجانية، سيُذكر ذلك بوضوح في التطبيق قبل الشراء. تضيع الأجزاء غير المستخدمة من فترة التجربة المجانية عند شراء اشتراك.

5. الرصيد

الرصيد عبارة عن مشتريات قابلة للاستهلاك يمكن استخدامها لأي إجراء بالذكاء الاصطناعي ينتج عنه شيء تحتفظ به في حسابك — توليد الوصفات بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ومسح الوجبات (بما في ذلك الملصقات والباركود)، وعمليات البحث الغذائي. لا تنطبق على نصائح الذكاء الاصطناعي، لأنها غير محفوظة. حزم الرصيد متاحة بالأحجام والأسعار المعروضة في التطبيق وقت الشراء.

عند استخدام إحدى ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي، تُستهلك الموارد بالترتيب التالي:

  1. حصتك الشهرية المجانية، إن كان متبقياً منها
  2. الاستخدامات الإضافية المكتسبة بمشاهدة إعلان
  3. الرصيد المشترَى

لا تنتهي صلاحية الرصيد، وهو مزامَن عبر أجهزتك طالما حسابك نشط. الرصيد مرتبط بحسابك ولا يمكن نقله.

إذا حذفت حسابك أو أُنهي حسابك لأي سبب، يُفقد الرصيد غير المستخدم نهائياً ولا يمكن استرداده، بما في ذلك عبر إنشاء حساب جديد بنفس عنوان البريد الإلكتروني.

تُعالَج جميع المشتريات من خلال Apple عبر App Store. نحن لا نعالج المدفوعات أو المبالغ المستردة مباشرة. يجب تقديم طلبات الاسترداد إلى Apple، التي تبتّ فيها وفق سياساتها الخاصة. لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من أي حق في الاسترداد أو الانسحاب قد تتمتع به بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المطبّق.

6. الخطط والحدود

الخطة المجانية

تتضمن الخطة المجانية:

  • 3 توليدات وصفات بالذكاء الاصطناعي شهرياً.
  • 3 عمليات تحليل وجبات شهرياً.
  • هاتان حصتان منفصلتان — استخدام إحداهما لا يقلّل من الأخرى.
  • 3 عمليات بحث في قاعدة البيانات الغذائية يومياً في مخطط الوجبات.
  • تسجيل الطعام وتتبع الأهداف وسجل الوزن واستخدام حاسبة السعرات الحرارية بلا حدود.

تتجدد الحصص الشهرية في اليوم الأول من كل شهر ميلادي. تتجدد الحصص اليومية كل يوم.

نصائح الذكاء الاصطناعي (الخطة المجانية)

تتطلب نصائح الذكاء الاصطناعي في الخطة المجانية مشاهدة إعلان قصير لفتح كل مشاهدة؛ لا توجد طريقة لمشاهدة نصائح الذكاء الاصطناعي بدون إعلان في الخطة المجانية. تتطلب كل مشاهدة أو تحديث إعلاناً خاصاً به، حتى 3 مشاهدات يومياً. يختلف هذا عن إعلانات المكافأة الاختيارية الموضحة أدناه، والتي تضيف استخدامات إضافية فوق حصة تملكها بالفعل — لا تملك نصائح الذكاء الاصطناعي أي حصة دون مشاهدة إعلان أولاً.

الإعلانات في الخطة المجانية

تعتمد الخطة المجانية على الإعلانات. تظهر إعلانات بانر مقدَّمة من Google AdMob على بعض الشاشات. يمكنك أيضاً اختيار مشاهدة إعلان اختياري للحصول على استخدامات إضافية:

  • نصائح الذكاء الاصطناعي: حتى 10 تحديثات يومياً، بدون الحاجة إلى إعلان
  • وصول كامل إلى مخطط الوجبات، بما في ذلك إنشاء الخطط الأسبوعية وإعادة إنشائها

الوصول كضيف

يمكنك استخدام حاسبة السعرات الحرارية دون إنشاء حساب. تتطلب ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتتبع الأهداف ومزامنة البيانات حساباً مجانياً.

7. مسؤوليات المستخدم

باستخدام NutriTrace، توافق على:

  • تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند إعداد ملفك الشخصي وأهدافك
  • استخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية ومشروعة فقط
  • عدم محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو تفكيك أي جزء من التطبيق
  • عدم استخدام أدوات آلية أو روبوتات أو برامج نصية للوصول إلى التطبيق
  • عدم مشاركة بيانات اعتماد حسابك مع أطراف ثالثة
  • عدم محاولة استغلال أو اختراق أو تعطيل التطبيق أو خوادمه
  • الامتثال لجميع القوانين المعمول بها في ولايتك القضائية

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه المسؤوليات.

8. إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية

NutriTrace ليس جهازًا طبيًا ولا يقدم مشورة طبية. تقديرات السعرات الحرارية والبيانات الغذائية والتوصيات التي ينشئها الذكاء الاصطناعي للأغراض المعلوماتية فقط.
  • استشر دائمًا متخصصًا في الرعاية الصحية المؤهل قبل البدء في نظام غذائي أو برنامج تمارين.
  • لا تستخدم التطبيق بديلاً عن المشورة الطبية أو الغذائية أو المتعلقة بالياقة البدنية المتخصصة.
  • قيم السعرات الحرارية والمغذيات الكبرى تقديرية وقد تختلف عن القيم الفعلية.
  • لسنا مسؤولين عن أي نتائج صحية ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات والتصميم والكود والمواد في NutriTrace هي ملك لـ Alexandre Zanaty وتحميها قوانين حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية الأخرى.

يُمنح لك ترخيص محدود وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو توزيع أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة من أي جزء من التطبيق دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

الوصفات وخطط الوجبات التي ينشئها الذكاء الاصطناعي في التطبيق مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط.

10. تحديد المسؤولية

بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به بموجب القانون المعمول به:

  • يُقدَّم NutriTrace "كما هو" دون ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية.
  • لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون بلا انقطاع أو بلا أخطاء أو بلا فيروسات.
  • لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
  • لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك عن أي مطالبة المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال 12 شهرًا قبل المطالبة.

11. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين فرنسا، بصرف النظر عن مبادئ تعارض القوانين فيها. يخضع أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو استخدامك لـ NutriTrace للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم فرنسا.

إذا كنت مستهلكًا في الاتحاد الأوروبي، فقد تستفيد أيضًا من الأحكام الإلزامية لحماية المستهلك في قانون بلد إقامتك.

12. التغييرات على الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنُعلمك بالتغييرات الهامة بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" وعند الاقتضاء، بإرسال إشعار عبر التطبيق. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام NutriTrace بعد سريان التغييرات قبولاً منك للشروط المُعدَّلة.
